Do I need to change my business phone number?

No! You keep your existing business number. Your customers will continue calling the same number they always have. You simply forward that number to our system, which takes just a few minutes with most phone carriers.

Is the first month really free?

Yes! During our launch period, we're offering the first month completely free with no credit card required. After the first month, you can choose to continue with a paid plan or cancel at no cost. There are no hidden fees or obligations.

What happens after the free month ends?

After your free month, you can choose to continue with one of our paid plans or cancel. We'll send you reminders before your free period ends. There's no automatic billing—you decide if you want to continue using the service.

Can I customize how the AI answers calls?

Absolutely! You can customize greetings, set business hours, define how urgent calls should be handled, specify which types of calls to forward immediately, and much more. The system adapts to your business needs and preferences.

How does the AI handle appointment scheduling?

Our AI integrates with your calendar system and can see your real-time availability. When a customer calls to book an appointment, the AI confirms available time slots, books the appointment, and sends automatic confirmations via text and email. You can also set buffer times, blackout periods, and preferred scheduling rules.

What types of calls get forwarded to me immediately?

You have complete control over call routing. Typically, emergency service requests, high-value jobs, or calls from VIP customers are forwarded immediately. Routine inquiries, appointment bookings, and general questions are handled by the AI. You can adjust these settings anytime based on your preferences.

Does the AI sound robotic or natural?

Our AI uses advanced natural language processing and sounds remarkably human. Most callers don't realize they're speaking with an AI system. The voice is warm, professional, and conversational—not robotic or mechanical. We can also adjust the voice tone and style to match your brand.

How accurate is the spam filtering?

What happens if I exceed my monthly call limit?

If you're approaching your call limit, we'll notify you in advance. Additional calls are billed at $1.50 per call, or you can upgrade to a higher plan anytime. Most businesses find they stay well within their plan limits, and we provide analytics to help you choose the right plan.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Absolutely! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no penalties for changing plans—we want you to have the perfect fit for your business needs.

Are there any contracts or long-term commitments?

No contracts whatsoever. All our plans are month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime with no penalties or cancellation fees. We believe in earning your business every month through excellent service, not locking you into contracts.

Do you offer discounts for annual payment?

Yes! If you choose to pay annually, you'll receive a 15% discount on all plans. This can save you hundreds of dollars per year. Annual plans still have our satisfaction guarantee—if you're not happy, we'll refund the unused portion.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as ACH bank transfers for Enterprise customers. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment system.
